Part 1 — Terms of Service
1. About SocialsPro
SocialsPro is an Iranian content creation and publishing platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage content; publish to multiple social media platforms and messengers; and schedule, automate, and track content distribution.
SocialsPro is operated from within the Islamic Republic of Iran. All user data is stored on servers located within the Islamic Republic of Iran.
2. Eligibility
To use SocialsPro, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Be the owner or administrator of any account, channel, group, page, or website that you connect to SocialsPro
- Not be prohibited from using the service under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use SocialsPro:
4.1 In any way that violates the laws, regulations, or directives of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
4.2 In any manner that could harm the Islamic Republic of Iran, its institutions, its national interests, its security, or its people.
4.3 To create, publish, distribute, or share content that is illegal under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
4.4 To harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group.
4.5 To publish content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.
4.6 To send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the platform.
4.7 To impersonate any person or organization, or to misrepresent the origin of any content.
5. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or publish through SocialsPro. This includes content you compose in the platform, content published to your connected accounts, and content published automatically on your behalf through features such as Smart Publishing.
SocialsPro is a technical platform. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content our users publish.
6. Platform-Specific Disclaimers
6.1 Telegram Integration
By connecting a Telegram account to SocialsPro, you agree that the Telegram bot used to publish your content is created and controlled by you, not by SocialsPro; that you are responsible for keeping your bot token secure; that you are responsible for all content published through your connected Telegram channels or groups, including content published by SocialsPro on your behalf; and that you will not use this integration in any way that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
6.2 YouTube Feature
The “Watch YouTube Without VPN” feature is provided strictly as a technical tool for accessing publicly available content for personal, educational, and informational purposes. By using this feature, you agree that you will not use it in any way that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran; you will not use it to access or share content that is illegal under Iranian law; you will not use it in any way that could harm the Islamic Republic of Iran, its institutions, or its people; and you take full personal responsibility for how you use this feature.
6.3 Other Platform Integrations
By connecting any other social media account, channel, group, or website to SocialsPro, you agree that you have the legal right to publish content to that destination; that you are responsible for all content published through that integration; and that you will not use the integration in violation of the platform’s own terms of service or of Iranian law.
7. Data and Privacy
All user data, including credentials, content, and metadata, is stored on servers located within the Islamic Republic of Iran. All sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption algorithms. Even SocialsPro administrators cannot access these credentials in plaintext form.

8. Payments and Subscriptions
All prices are in Iranian Toman. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Refund Policy
SocialsPro does not offer refunds.
We provide a free trial so you can test the platform before purchasing. By subscribing, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service and accept that all payments are final.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep SocialsPro available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, is used in a manner that could harm the platform, or is required to be suspended by law. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
SocialsPro is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialsPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity; or any damages arising from your use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold SocialsPro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, including claims related to content you publish.
12. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through SocialsPro. By using SocialsPro, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish your content as necessary to provide the service. The SocialsPro name, logo, and platform code are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of SocialsPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you may close your account.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of SocialsPro shall be resolved in accordance with Iranian law.

Part 2 — Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
We collect the following information when you use SocialsPro:
- Your email address and phone number (for account creation and support)
- Credentials for any accounts, channels, groups, or websites you connect to SocialsPro
- Content you upload or create through the platform
- Basic usage data (login times, features used) to keep the service working
2. How We Store It
All data is stored on servers located within the Islamic Republic of Iran. Sensitive credentials — such as bot tokens, API keys, and passwords — are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, an industry-standard encryption algorithm. The encryption key is stored separately from the data, and even SocialsPro administrators cannot access credentials in plaintext form.
3. What We Will Never Do
- We will never sell your details to a third party.
- We will never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We will never access your connected accounts for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
4. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal information from our servers.

Part 3 — Signup Acknowledgment
